I bought some lamb sausages with garlic and rosemary - what sauce can I eat with. Urgent answers pleese!?
A tomato sauce lightened up with a tad of cream with Rosemary and Oregano Salt and Pepper would be nice.
Reply:On a sandwich, either red or brown, it's up to you.
Reply:barbeque..yummy
Reply:Parsley sauce - it will help to counteract the garlic smell on your breath
Reply:Yeah, that would be good, or some plain gravy, with maybe a hint of mint in it, just to let all the flavours in the sausages out.
Reply:Horse Relish sauce, it is fantastic with lamb. enjoy your meal.
Reply:mint sauce with lamb. enjoy.
Reply:vegetable gravy with loads of fried onions in.
Reply:why on earth would you want to put a sauce of any kind on these gourmet sausages???
Reply:Apple sauce would be nice, or onion gravy.
Reply:go on www.videojug.com click on food n drink excellent website
Reply:warm butter bean salad

tin of butter beans

tin of toms

pinch of dried chili

courgettes

olive oil

small onion

fry onions in oil for 4 Min's remove then fry courgettes till golden add onions back and toms and a pinch of chili when reduced by half about 10 Min's add butter beans and warm through serve with sausage and fresh bread x
Reply:Make a veggie gravy and add some fresh rosemary, garlic and red current jelly. Be nice served with some cous cous with courgettes and toms in it as well.
Reply:A lot of these suggestions are rubbish! Go into a recipe website and type "red wine gravy" or "Red wine reduction". Another treat is sticky balsamic - if you can find it!
Reply:i would go with a hickory sauce or a mustardy cheese sauce served with salad cups eg: a lettuce leaf'some grated carrot diced cucumber, capsicium spring onion or red onion, tomato and a little grated cheese served with fresh peas and corn
Reply:They sound yummy, you don't want to mask the flavours with a sauce!

Serve with mash, green veg and maybe some onion gravy.
Reply:I would just make an ordinary gravy, and serve with a nice plate of mashed potatos. Plain and simple but tasty
