You should not let him/her eat it. They could be allergic. I don't know if it is poisonous to them, but just to be safe, don't let him/her eat it. Cats will try to eat lots of things, both the good and the bad.
IMPORTANT- IF IT IS ROSEMARY PEA, IT IS POISONOUS TO CATS!!!
