When Kelsey's mom decides to move the family from Boston to California, Kelsey is not happy. But, things start to turn around when Kelsey starts dating the star of East Bay High, C.J. Logan. Not only is C.J. hot, he is a pro-skater who has competed in the X-Games. After a year of dating C.J. and being in with the popular crowd at EBH, Kelsey starts to realize that being C.J.
