I had never heard of Rosemary Conley until this question, and I am going to look into it.
the experiences I have is with Kimkins....... and my advice is don't do it, it made me feel very sick, and she has been exposed as a fraud and a con woman.
but I have pulled up rosemary's site, and will check it out. Thanks.

i did rosemary several years ago and lost around 5 stones at the time so let me know how you get on. good luck, i know its been really hard for you to make that start
