Reply:I don't think so, the neighbor's cat wanders thru my herb garden and so does my dog, nibbbling anything they want. Pennyroyal is the only non edible I have but I have never seen them in that cluster. I think animals just know what to eat, most of the time. I have basil, rosemary and about 10 others.
