What can you use essential oil rosemary for, is good for memory problems?

It doesn't really work that well. Try 'Higher Mind' if you're willing to take a chance. Other wise, check this website (www.glyconutrientsreference.com).

There are a few different chemotypes of Rosemary. Rosemary is best used for general fatigue and infection because it stimulates the body and mind generally. This is an excellent oil to inhale in the morning because it sharpens the mind and clears the sleepy dullness.

Reply:i use it all the time but i cant remember what for,!!
Reply:I have heard that this is true. Try rubbing a small amount of the oil on a cool lightbulb for the lamp on your desk or on your wrists. When you turn on the light it will slowly warm and send out the scent.
