The best way is to buy an atomizer. I like the ones from Amrita Aromatherapy or Aura Cacia.
You can also just add a few drops of the oil into a little spray bottle filled with plain water and spritz that around the room.
Or you could get use just about any kind of potpourri warmer. I don't care so much for the light-bulb rings (they get too hot and mutate your oil) but those little crock-pot types aren't so bad as long as you empty them out every day. (The heat will eventually cause your oils to degrade.)
