I heard rosemary is good for hair but while researching i found that there are two different types of rosemary, and i am stumped as to which will do for hair.
Is it rosemary cineole or rosemary verbenon?
From what I found. . .
Rosemary Verbenon- prevents baldness, milder than cineole (the scent), better for sensitive lungs/smell.
Rosemary Cineloe- does the same (could also go with verbenon, but prevents dandruff).
